RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beverly Hills, CA that is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner.

Summary:
In this role, the Salesforce Product Owner will oversee the end-to-end build of our Salesforce ecosystem. The role requires a range of skills from stakeholder management (internal and external) as well as a technical aptitude of the end-to-end workings of Salesforce. The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for the overall development for the company as a whole, the development of user stories, management of the product backlog and keeping all stakeholders updated with regular updates and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product backlog (defects/enablers) and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
  • Act as main point of contact and oversee all stages of product creation including design and development, liaising with stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Customers, Department Owners, IT Infrastructure, Engineering and other stakeholders
  • Define and develop user stories and improvement stories (elaborating backlogs where appropriate)
  • Co-develop roadmap; Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
  • Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  • Participate in Scrum meetings, product sprints
  • Produce and maintain system demo for stakeholders
  • Manage iteration retrospectives and identify areas of improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of previous working experience as a product owner
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
  • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
