Principal Industry Demo PM, Vlocity

Job Title: Principal Industry Demo Product Manager, Vlocity

Location: United States - Remote or Hub.

Department Description:

The Demo Content team is part of the overall Demo team for Vlocity, also known as Salesforce Industries. Our assignment is to take all of the input from various stakeholders and come up with the prioritized list of demo efforts across both new demo builds, and incremental improvements to our existing demos. The demos we specify and assist in building are the canned demos or base demos, as opposed to the configured demos built as part of a sales pursuit. The focus is on the Vlocity components, including but not limited to Cards, Omniscript, Data Raptor, Integration Procedure, Calc Procedure and the Product Model.

Role Description:

We are looking for an Industry Demo PM to join our team, responsible for architecting and implementing Vlocity Industry products for one or more of our vertical focus areas, which include Insurance, Health, Communications, Media and Energy. As a Vlocity expert, you will share your deep solution and industry knowledge to enable and support our SE community.

Your Impact:

As an Industry Demo PM, your responsibilities include:

• Assist field SEs in taking feedback and capturing issues/problems with demo click paths.

• Collaborate with SE stakeholders, industry demo architects and the industry product teams to identify use case priorities and gather requirements.

• Understand top priority industry business processes and use cases for your covered vertical.

• Partner closely with industry product teams to deeply understand the newest Salesforce Vlocity Industry Cloud capabilities and product roadmap. Provide feedback to product team.

• Monitor and respond to demo environment related questions; troubleshoot issues and collaborate with product teams as needed to resolve them.

• Create & maintain demo enablement assets - scripts, videos, how-to's. Deliver demo trainings to SEs.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years work experience.

• Experience implementing Salesforce platform.

• Technical aptitude to understand data models, system integration, data migration, microservices architecture

• Experience configuring/customizing applications using JSON & REST.

• Ability to analyze and design business processes.

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior experience implementing Vlocity Industry Clouds and working with OmniStudio- proficiency with Vlocity OmniScripts, Cards, DataRaptor, Product Model, Calc Procedures, Integration Procedures, etc.
  

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $82,000 You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
