WarnerMedia seeks a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst for the Monetization & Workplace Tech: Worldwide Marketing team.

This position responsible for (a) business analysis, working directly with the project team and clients to gather requirements to analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes and (b) administrating the salesforce platform, including creating/modifying reports, dashboards, workflows, and working with Account Administration on account maintenance to for project work, proof-of-concepts, and live application support.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all basic Admin functions including reports, dashboards, workflows, etc.
  • Be the primary point-of-contact and coordinate communication with the various business groups throughout each project and in support.
  • Work with the project team and business users to gather the business and functional requirement, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements.
  • Assist with mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
  • Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing, and launching the custom and OOTB Salesforce solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and understand underlying business data and processes to recommend efficiency changes or react to new business requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications with client team and functional managers to create training materials and documentation for Salesforce.com users and help train new end-users on Salesforce.com and related applications.
  • Configure Users, Profiles, Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List Views, Assignment/Auto Response/Escalation, Workflows & Approvals, and Process Builder.
  • Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or training/training materials.
  • Supports team with project updates, scheduling, documentation, etc

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in administration and support of custom Salesforce applications
  • 3+ years of experience working on the Salesforce Platform
  • 5+ years of experience working as an IT professional
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication and inclusion amongst teammates
  • Strong problem-solving skills matched with the ability to articulate solutions to other team members
  • Excellent and clear written communication skills to facilitate understanding of tasks by the offshore team
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative Agile environment with multiple development teams
  • Familiarity with Jira or another similar Agile sprint management tool
  • 3+ years of experience creating business process flowcharts/diagrams/powerpoint presentations etc. to explain visually
  • 3+ years of experience creating complex requirements documents gathered from user interactions and turning them into functional design documents that represent the solution
  • Ability organize, schedule, and lead large stakeholder meetings and build relationships across all levels of the company
  • 2+ years of experience in administration and support of custom Salesforce applications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
