Summary

The Accounting Specialist II is responsible for overseeing the Concur and Salesforce system within O’Neil Digital Solutions (ODS). The person in this position will be the point of contact for venders, teammates, and CFO for inquiries regarding both systems. In addition to this, the Accounting Specialist II will support with maintaining office supplies for the Los Angeles ODS office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration of Concur and Salesforces, including but not limited monitoring accounts, providing support to users and being main point of contact with vendors
  • Manage and submit Ghost Card expense report
  • Create and maintain standard operation procedures, user guides, and reports
  • Train teammates on Concur and Salesforce system and provide guidance on inquiries
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions, research discrepancies, and provide timely resolutions
  • Delegate work assignments to offshore team
  • Manage office supply inventory for assigned location
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Three years of experience supporting Customer Relationship Management and Travel and Expense system
  • Experience supporting Concur and Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-system environment

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
