Salesforce Specialist - Level ll 

 IT & Operations provides technology platforms for the internal IT infrastructure that powers our users and our product. You will be part of IT Systems that provide Trustpilot employees with state-of-the-art IT capabilities and productivity solutions. 

 The IT Systems team is responsible for implementing and operating core IT systems and services used across Trustpilot's global offices to enable employees to access IT services securely and efficiently. 

 In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Trustpilot's various commercial systems and processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating internal commercial systems across multiple departments in Trustpilot. 

 We expect you to have the ability to understand the systems integrated with Salesforce.com and implement solutions that fit into the system, as well as the ability to document end-user requirements, communicate those requirements and develop and execute them. 

 In your role, you will: 
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks.
  • Troubleshooting email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, process builder & any kind of declarative automations.
  • Manage Salesforce.com release upgrades to keep Salesforce org functioning at its best. Release Updates replaces the Critical Updates console and includes Security Alerts so that all of the important changes will not impact the daily business processes.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated (while keeping the "special records" locked or hidden altogether).
  • Fixing data records that have somehow been set with record types or ownerships that make them inaccessible to users.
  • Manage users, user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license types.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems. appropriately and help manage operational requests focusing on Salesforce platform.
  • Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, and backups.
  • Maintains proper documentation of processes, policies, application configurations, knowledge base, and related materials.
  • Identifying ways to improve the UX design of our Salesforce & setting up the platform to match these needs using out of the box Salesforce solutions.
  • Integration of 3rd party tools to automate processes and make sure all customer data is available in one place.
  • Provide support to Sales Operations, Customer Success and stakeholders to their daily Salesforce related issues and questions.Requirements: 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM201 and/or ADM211).
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, process builder, flows and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Experience with CTI implementation, support integrations like Salesloft, Hoopla, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Zoominfo, & Fresh Service ticket management is a plus but not required.
