Job Description: The Salesforce Administrator will be a key member of the Enterprise CRM Experience Team and be an active participant in the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in completing administrative tasks on time and documenting the effort in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. The administrator will work closely with subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes to save time for all Salesforce users. This role is part Salesforce administrator, part Salesforce.com analyst and part Quality Assurance Analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, improvement and QA of our CRM platform. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500+ users 2. Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks 3. Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for Salesforce and BCU upgrades 4. Complete and document QA Testing Plans and Results 5. Assist with managing Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations 6. Participate in the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests 7. Work to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities 8. Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization 9. Work independently with members of the user community to define and document new user requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS · Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude · Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests · Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills · Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills · Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes Experience Required · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator · Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) certified · Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred 2 · Financial Services Cloud experience desired · Lightning Experience desired · Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity · Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality · Strong data management abilities · A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
