Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic professional to handle all aspects of Salesforce from implementation and administration, to daily maintenance and ongoing staff training. You will support both B2B and B2C use cases across multiple business units. You will join a high performing product development team utilizing Salesforce for internal and external business processes. We’re also looking for you to apply previous Salesforce design experience to proactively analyze and proliferate businesses' inner Salesforce functions via integration of Heroku. Guiding the team in planning, development and ensuring best practices will be part of your focus. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organization with a great group of people!

Requirements for this position include:

• Equivalent to high school graduation and a 4-year college/university degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum four years of experience administering or developing Salesforce
• Strong ownership traits coupled with a service focus and influencing skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset along with skills in process design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on partnering with business users from other departments to drive business results.
• Ongoing efforts toward additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working with Heroku alongside Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, JAMStack or other Web Dev Technologies is a plus
