Strengthen our International Markets team in full-time as CRM Manager (m/f/d) – Berlin, Munich or Remote. Start with immediate effect possible.
Your tasks
- Responsible for all CRM activities from conception to implementation in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email tools
- Design target group-specific journeys and coordinate communication with our copywriting and graphics teams as well as other relevant departments
- As a CRM expert, responsible for the analysis, further development, and maintenance of all CRM processes
- Optimize templates and messaging through constant A/B testing
- Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating all key performance indicators in CRM and act data-based
- Successfully completed studies or corresponding practical experience
- At least 2 year of professional experience in CRM, ideally in areas such as e-commerce or other transactional models
- Ideally 1 year experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong analytical skills
- Structured way of working, team spirit, commitment
