Deloitte Digital - Salesforce Creative Director

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and skilled digital Salesforce Creative Director excited to join our Seattle Studio. You are a steadfast and inspiring leader with deep roots in product design, technology, and brand strategy to drive your vision.

In this role you will be both a conceptual and strategic thinker, able to nurture ideas into exceptional experiences, understand how those ideas solve business problems, and what it takes to successfully implement them. You have a well-versed ability to harness and combine the resources of a global digital consultancy and a creative studio culture to tailor scalable, story-driven solutions.

You'll actively partner with account teams and client contacts to ensure account growth and client satisfaction. You'll manage the creative process and ensure that the artifacts and output meet the needs of our team, our users, and the business. In addition to overseeing designers on projects, you'll also act as a coach/counselor helping to develop the craft and consulting skills of the creative team.

Work You'll Do:


  • Lead the concept, creation, and implementation of innovative digital experiences for high-visibility Fortune 100 clients
  • Inspire creatives to develop compelling concepts
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring those concepts to life
  • Be budget and scope conscious when making decisions
  • Set the creative standards and objectives and ensure quality and overall alignment
  • Collaborate with account teams on growing client relationships and developing new business
  • Understand the relationship between data and original, inventive ideas
  • Grow and refine the studio's creative capabilities and skillsets
  • Shepherd and grow the client relationship while advocating for the user and your creative team
  • Understand what it means to be a creative leader who elevates those around them


You Bring:


  • Years' experience -
    • 8+ in a creative leadership role (with at least 3+ of those years in a digital agency environment)
    • 3+ leading cross-functional teams within an agency and counseling junior staff
    • 3+ in a client-facing role managing creative initiatives
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • An amazing online portfolio that -
    • shines with a love of design
    • showcases multiple types of digital projects and solutions
    • highlights designs for both Customer experiences (Salesforce Communities, Commerce Cloud) and Employee experiences (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc)
    • includes multiple accounts / account types
  • A thorough understanding of -
    • Designing within the constraints of various Salesforce products
    • interactive design processes & considerations
    • project management principles
    • digital design tools
    • prototyping platforms
    • collaboration tools
    • development management and project management software
    • brand strategy & application
  • Experience with -
    • Lightning Design System on various Salesforce products.
    • Designing employee (ie: Sales and Service) facing experiences on Salesforce platform.
    • working in an iterative environment
    • partnering with others to synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners
    • client relationship management
  • The ability to -

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $131,000 to $175,000.
