Job Description
The Salesforce Practice Sales leader is a dynamic and outcome-driven leader with a proven track record for successfully defining go to market strategies for salesforce practice in different industries in United Kingdom. They will navigate a matrixed, cross-functional team, build relationship with customer and market units, leade pre-sales and sales team, and define and deploy strategies that anticipate future opportunities, mitigate environmental challenges, and ensure a competitive advantage in the US marketplace.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and working experience with Salesforce field teams and their partner ecosystem.
- Strong understanding and working experience in salesforce products and go to market strategies
- Deep experience with Salesforce professional services delivery and P&L management
- Both visionary and pragmatic, and be able to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Extensive experience with off-shore and near-shore operations.
- Team player able to lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization - including executive leadership - with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
- Strong situational analysis, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team.
- Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in salesforce consulting and professional services, including experience in a matrixed environment in positions of increasing responsibility.
- 5+ years of sales roles in US market, carrying $40M+ sales targets
- 5+ years of Salesforce delivery and and/or implementation preferred.
- Extensive, proven, and recent experience building and leading large, high-performing teams.
- Successful track record leading go-to-market activities and organizational change management.
- Strong executive presence and deep industry knowledge of one or more industry sector
- Understands cloud-based technologies; translates customer/business requirements into business solutions (and successfully positions with customers).
- Ability to travel; up to 75%.
