Salesforce Administrator
We are looking for a SFDC Administrator! In this role, you will be part of our Revenue Operations team. Our RevOps Team is a critical component of the SamCart Sales, Marketing and CX teams' success. This team helps us scale efficiently while leveraging data and tools to increase our growth and revenue. This role provides critical SalesForce support to our team by assisting in creating our documentation, reporting, and analysis needs. You will work cross-functionally with Team Leads and other members of the Revenue org to identify problems and solutions for unique growth problems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to:
- Develop documentation on current SFDC workflows and processes
- Develop functional requirements and technical specifications
- Analyze system problems, designing and testing solutions
- Ensure proper use by setting up training sessions and creating documentation as needed for each team
- Develop informational reports and dashboard insights to help teams see performance, and areas for ongoing improvement
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator at an early stage/growth stage technology company
- Project management skills, and experience managing cross-functional projects
- Experience gathering requirements and facilitating meetings with stakeholders to define use cases and needs of stakeholders
- A facilitator who loves solving problems for others
- A problem solver who loves leveraging technology to achieve efficiency
- Able to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts
- Great communication skills at all levels (staff to executive)

The US salary for this full-time position is $70,000-80,000. The salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
