Reporting to the Director of IT Service Delivery, the Salesforce Associate Analyst will primarily be responsible for documenting workflow processes, gathering business requirements from stakeholders, make modifications to Salesforce and work with the Salesforce product manager and engineers on the eCapital roadmap. The Salesforce Associate Analyst will primarily be using Confluence and Jira for documenting requirements, processes, tasks, and stories (look them up) and will play a key role in all Salesforce related projects and integrations.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage user licensing, profiles, and roles.
  • Serve as the go-to-person for all things Salesforce.
  • Manage the integration between Salesforce and third-party vendors.
  • Administer DocuSign and Drawloop integrations.
  • Gather business requirements and work with the product manager to create detailed tasks and stories in Jira.
  • Test and log bugs in Jira during development.
  • Work with the product manager on training manuals and sessions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to first document business requirements then translate into Salesforce features, functionality, and processes.

  • Ability to work with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with a fastidious attention to detail
  • Capability of working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and technical teams with varying levels of technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills, as well as the ability to articulate relevant information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to quickly master new technical skills, software and programs, and knowledge and understanding of standard office software applications, including the ability to import and export data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects under deadlines, including driving a substantial workload/large volume for key initiatives
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills geared toward strong customer service.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A., preferably in computer science, engineering, other related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 3 years of professional work experience in a corporation
  • 1+ years of experience working with an enterprise CRM, ideally Salesforce
  • Confluence and Jira experience a plus
