Salesforce Administrator
Position Overview:
Lexia Learning, a Cambium Learning Group company and a leader in technology-based reading education programs, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our sales operations team. Lexia Learning develops, sells and supports a suite of EdTech products that aid in successful reading instruction.
This role will be responsible for supporting Salesforce users with improvement of functionality by developing efficient and user-friendly solutions. The individual should have experience serving as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting varied user types and business areas. Applying an excellent attention to detail and organization, the candidate should be skilled at identifying and implementing technical solutions to business challenges. Location:
- This position is full-time Monday through Friday, remote or in our West Concord, Massachusetts office.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation toolset
- Define, model, build, and test added and/or modified functionality
- Determine and document user requirements
- Issue resolution and recommendation of best practices
- Effectively manage process of launching new applications and solutions, as well as post-implementation support
- Collaborate with team members to architect solutions
- Research solutions used by other customers via the community/online
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience performing as a Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud focus preferred
- CPQ experience a plus
- Marketing platform integration within Salesforce (Eloqua, Marketo) experience a plus
- Proven experience using declarative automation toolset
- Experience administering third party applications within Salesforce
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with ability to grasp business processes
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
