Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the nCino platform.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed requirements.
• Configure and customize the nCino platform to align with business processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for nCino-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated on nCino product updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with nCino or similar banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in nCino configuration and customization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce and its integration with nCino.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 06 months

Pay: $60.80-$70.82 per hour
