Job Description

At Beyond Identity, our mission is to eliminate passwords in every application. Passwords are an antiquated technique for establishing a person’s identity with a digital service and 80%+ of cybersecurity incidents involve the misuse or mishandling of passwords. It is time for passwords to be replaced by strong security techniques that are usable by an audience that is not technical. Beyond Identity was started by Jim Clark (Netscape) and Tom Jermoluk (@Home Networks), who through companies they founded helped catalyze the modern Internet. The existing team’s background is both impressive and diverse, which includes backgrounds in national security, high performance computing, large scale distributed systems as well as consumer and enterprise software.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be supporting the BizOps team in maintaining and enhancing our CRM and administering our revenue operations tech stack. As the company’s Salesforce expert, your mission will be to empower our revenue teams to achieve their goals by optimizing workflows, automating processes, integrating new systems, ensuring accurate data entry, and troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a strong Salesforce technical skill set, ability to prioritize multiple work streams, communicate well with key stakeholders, execute in a fast paced environment, drive towards simple solutions to complex problems, and be eager to learn.


Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce and related applications - such as Outreach, Hubspot, Gong.io - to ensure seamless data flow and processes
  • Identify & implement SFDC custom flows, workflows, and process flows that will reduce friction and automate manual work for end users
  • Build reports & dashboards to assist individual team members and management in measuring progress against goals, efficacy of new initiatives, and improving performance
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through validation rules & regular review and cleansing of data
  • Train members of the Marketing & Sales teams on best practice use of Salesforce
  • Document system changes for other users and process/best practices for use by the Sales Enablement team
  • Support internal users by responding to training needs and technical questions as they arise


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience administering Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus, but not required
  • In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of business processes
  • Experience with integrations and knowledge of integration patterns
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Fluency with G-Suite & Excel
  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with Outreach, Gong.io, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clari, Zuora, Xactly, or equivalent systems is a plus
