The role

To support our ambitions, the marketing team is looking to add another star to their roster. Join Juliette (Field Marketing Manager), Julien (Growth and Acquisition Manager), Alessio (Lead Growth and Acquisition) and Leslie (CMO) as our next Growth and Marketing Automation Manager. Your goal? Accelerate our pipeline growth by spearheading the marketing automation strategy - and much more.

What you'll be doing

Nurturing Marketing strategy: develop and implement a nurturing strategy aimed at funnel progression (from lead to customer)

Lead scoring and qualification: develop, implement and document the lead scoring and qualification strategy on Hubspot

Campaign management: collaborate with the rest of the marketing team in conceiving and launching multi-channel campaigns aimed at acquisition, nurturing and opportunity generation

Develop an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy to identify new contacts and opportunities within key accounts

Email marketing: implement and coordinate email marketing campaigns, produce and maintain email templates, ensuring consistent A/B testing experiments

Reporting: produce and maintain key marketing reporting dashboards to measure marketing impact on new opportunities and new business 

CRM and marketing database maintenance: responsible for ensuring data quality and completeness

Marketing-Sales process: collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth lead processing and follow up, also by maintaining the Hubspot/Salesforce integration.

Who we're looking for

* Min 3 years in a similar role
* Proficiency with Marketing Automation software (Hubspot is ideal, other tools like Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua are acceptable) 
* Experience with Salesforce (mandatory)
* French + English fluency
* Aptitude for working in a fast-paced venture with a global reach

Recruitment process

After that:
1. HR Interview 
2. Business Case to prepare and to present to the Manager during an Interview (with Leslie, Alessio)
3. Co-founder interview (with Hugo or Axel)
