HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator is primarily responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) environment. You will partner with Salesforce and marketing teams to design solution that ensures maximum utilization of marketing cloud platform and achieves marketing and business goals. You must possess a deep understanding of email marketing, journey builder, trigger emails and ability to train or mentor campaign development team members.

This position is based in our client’s Tampa office, working a hybrid arrangement (minimum 2 days a week in the office). Some relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates. Will also consider candidates who want to work from the Atlanta office.

Job Responsibilities

Configure, manage and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment including but not limited to data extensions, users, user roles and integrations.
Help prepare dataset for email marketing and maintain synchronized data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and from other technology platforms
Translate business solutions in scalable solutions leveraging best practices of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Keep up to date with Marketing Cloud releases, proactively research and make recommendations to optimize marketing activities through new feature
Provide technical guidance for building sophisticated email campaigns and customer journey
Develop test and measurement strategy with marketing team to track success of marketing campaigns.
Work closely with business analyst and marketing team to analyze new development requests, including platform connections and marketing automations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Finance preferred
Demonstrated expertise administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification Preferred.

Overall email marketing and campaign automation experience.
Experience administering SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, & Content Builder (not looking for an SFMC email / content developer)
Proficiency with AMP script, APIs and SQL queries.
Proven skills with HTML and CSS.
Strong interpersonal skills
Local to Tampa, FL or willing to relocate with some company assistance. (also considering candidates who want to work from the Atlanta office)
Authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
