Our Commercial Excellence team is seeking a passionate candidate to join the team! We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our EMEA Sales team. The candidate will define and detail business specifications, application functionality, workflow requirements and perform business testing. Ability to work independently with strong time management by using efficient tools. Possess strong business relationship skills and a broad experience across a matrix organization, able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across all levels in the organization.

Location : Anywhere in Europe

What will you do?

  • Serve in a support role for the Sales team and IT team
  • Prepare documentation including requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflow, test scenarios, test cases, training material, and other documents related to the business of the CRM team
  • Engage with the business team and technical team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts
  • Maintain and recommend improvements in hygiene of CRM system business data to enhance user experience
  • Provide day to day business user support of CRM system
  • Communication of CRM system operations, features, benefits, and changes to users and collaborators of CRM
  • Work with and lead super users in the support of CRM direction around changes, issues, and enhancements and other areas that help drive the goals of CRM
  • Prepare training documentation and deliver training

Education

  • BS degree or four-year college degree required

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a Business Systems Analyst required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Previous experience working with IT development teams configuring, implementing, and supporting CPQ application
  • SFDC or Oracle CPQ Certification or experience is valuable
  • Previous experience supporting and developing solutions on SAP, CPQ, salesforce.com platform is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic team leading a diverse portfolio of products and ongoing concurrent projects
  • Handle independently and consider multi-functional and downstream impacts
  • Highly organized and meticulous; Good presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical audiences
