Regional CRM Analyst Salesforce (m/f/x)

Job description

  • Further develop the regional CRM reporting standards as well as build and maintain a regional sales reporting database
  • Create ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports based on salesforce.com data including relevant regional sales KPI
  • Build regional salesforce.com dashboards: sales KPI, adaption, data accuracy
  • Act as regional super user and help desk to address user issues
  • Conduct regional CRM educational sessions with key stakeholders
  • Manage regional business process requirements with the corporate technical development team
  • Support implementation of “Einstein Analytics” at regional level and conduct future analysis based on the tool
  • Support the implementation of “Pardot” as a marketing tool and support future sales campaigns
  • Manage interfaces to other external databases, e.g. lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Bisnode)
  • Build internal process descriptions, guidelines, user handbooks etc.
  • Manage and perform data cleansing exercises and run duplication tools
  • Participate in regional sales meetings/workshops as well as in further projects, e.g. fairs

Applicant's profile

  • Bachelor Degree or above in a Sales, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics or in an equivalent discipline
  • Three years of professional experience in the context of SaaS solution design and selling, sales and marketing analytics, business analytics, and/or sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Very good ability to deal with data and figures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for SaaS-solutions, cloud-based IT tools, big data
  • Ability to innovate and to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are considered as a plus (preferably Dutch, Danish, German, Polish, Swedish)
  • Strong knowledge of salesforce.com (front end / back end) is considered as a plus
  • Knowledge of complimentary tools to enhance the value of the core solution is considered as a plus
