Job Description
Capgemini is looking for Commerce Offer Leader in DCX business. Leader should reflect Capgemini’s core values. Style is more about leadership, inspiration, direction, motivation than operational control.
Job Responsibilities
1. Drive and influence the development of the Commerce offer (notably focusing on Composable Commerce, D2C, B2B, OMS, efulfilment and Immersive Commerce) maintaining internal and external momentum with webinars (1 per year minimum) and other marketing actions (incl. co-authoring with analysts), sales and GTM in Capgemini across the group Invent/DCX/CSD and I&D and by extension CIS and BSV.
2. Be instrumental to iconic deals. An iconic deal is 5M+; increased sales in Commerce +30% per annum
3. The role needs to interact our multi tower structure (sales/service/marketing/commerce) and with the global team. This includes NA lead; EU lead + Vendor and BU leads.
4. Effective collaboration across the group and vibrant SME community
5. The leader should coach, identify talent, and call out where we have gaps
Qualifications
1. 15-20+ years in consulting/IT Industry
2. At least 5 years in Digital CX related technical or business domain
Preferred Skills
1. Intimate knowledge of Digital CX world and ability to apply that to build large and scalable offers – including multi tower deals (sales/service/marketing/data)
2. Leading the building of CX offers/solutions in Commerce
3. Thought leader and ability to interact with client technical team up to the CxO level
4. Sales, support and GTM exposure

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.

Required Skills and Experience:

You assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor.
