As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of an enterprise (2,000 users across 15 divisions and functional areas) deployment of Salesforce.com. We are seeking a self-starter to collaborate with functional leaders and a passionate team to support process transformation by identifying new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will have experience with Lightning, exceptional technical, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills and will be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Lightning, exceptional technical, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills and will be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform
- Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage best-in-class Salesforce functionality
- Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency
- Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com
- Support the team's vision to deliver end to end process simplification including new features and functionality on our journey transitioning from Classic to Lightning
- Identify process and system risks, surface actionable insights and design and implement a plan for improvement
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience
- Experience transitioning from Salesforce.com Classic to Lightning
- Salesforce Certifications 201 and 211 required
- Salesforce CPQ Certification and experienced preferred
- Prior experience supporting an enterprise Salesforce user base of at least 1500 users
