Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.


 Your Key Responsibilities
 You will focus on the design, implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring our clients’ digital vision and strategy to life. Be able to write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable to develop, test, deploy and support data-driven internet, intranet and extranet applications. Assist with providing information on assigned tasks. Work as part of a team during technical implementations to finalize designs as they relate to customizations and/or integration of CRM. Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced developers.

  •  Participate in white-boarding sessions and impact analysis and explore methods and tools to improve the overall development process.
  •  Assist with providing estimates on assigned tasks.
  •  Learn new client information quickly, and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.


 To qualify for the role you must have
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 2 years of experience or a master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 4 years of experience 4+ years of experience (or 6+ projects) implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more people, and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations
  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C# preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML
  •  Minimum of 1 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  •  Minimum of 1 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation
  •  Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
  •  Familiarity with relational database concepts
  •  Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
  •  Up to 50% out-of-town travel required for this job


 Ideally, you’ll also have
  •  Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree in one of these areas preferred
  •  Salesforce Administrator Certification
  •  Salesforce App Builder Certification
  •  One or more of the following certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant
