Technical Product Owner - Salesforce

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Technical Product Owner with strong Salesforce experience. This role is open to 100% remote.

Duties Include:

• Technical Product Owner will be responsible for End to End delivery of the projects
• Co-approver of User Stories in JIRA
• Lead backlog User Stories refinement sessions
• Owner of the Sprint Backlog
• Owner of the onboarding checklist for the new team members
• As a Technical Product Owner, you should act as a backup for the Scrum Master or the Lead Architect (IT) if required for a short span of time (like vacation days)
• Responsible for approving SDDs and TDDs
• Mentor TAs, Architects and Developers
• Identify the need of Enterprise Architects in the project
• Lead technical meetings with edge systems for integrations within the projects scope
• Explain the IT team the BAU order process workflow
• Technically lead all Defect/Risk mitigation meetings
• Work with Enterprise Architects about changes in the architecture in the project
• Technical Product Owners identify resource bandwidth
• Assign work to Team members
• Approve deployment release notes

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
