Piper Companies is looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a leading financial services IT solutions organization in the Philadelphia, PA area.
This is a Remote Opportunity!
Responsibilities for the Salesforce Administrator include:
- Work closely with the internal and client team to identify develop and deploy new business processes as defined in the product roadmap
- Responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, development, and improvement of client facing CRM platforms
Qualifications for the Salesforce Administrator include:
- 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- 3 years of experience working with product managers and architects on new Salesforce implementations
- Experience working within Financial Services Cloud, Services Cloud, or Sales Cloud
- Ability to work with systems communicating with Salesforce
- Experience upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
- Experience managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Experience evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator)
Compensation for the Salesforce Administrator:
- Compensation up to $130K with additional bonus plans
