Technical Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer for a full-time consulting position with a Minneapolis-based healthcare company. Healthcare experience is not required as this is a technical, hands on Salesforce development role.

What are the top 5 responsibilities for this position?

• Act as Salesforce expert for the team
• Develop the User Stories from Rally in APEX language
• Attend Scrums as part of Scrum team
• Guide / advise other team members on best approaches
• Participate in code reviews and design sessions

What skills/attributes are a must have?

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce APEX language
• Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Working experience on Eclipse IDE or any Development IDE
• HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript knowledge
• At least familiar with one of the UI framework - AnugularJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc.

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

• Understanding of test driven development
• Good knowledge of web development
• Good problem solving skills

What experience will set candidates apart from one another?
Possessing HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript knowledge with at least familiarity of one of the UI framework, AnugularJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc.

Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team?
You will be part of a team including approximately 20 development and 10 QA resources
