Overview:

The Catalyst Team is seeking a multifaceted, hard-working individual to join our Salesforce Business Development team. The ideal candidate has a consistent record of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and can build and grow the pipeline of the business in a technology partner ecosystem. They also have experience navigating through organizations, doing discovery, and speaking to decision makers.


Open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.

Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, generate, and follow up on new opportunities.
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling.
  • Identify client needs and suggests appropriate products/services.
  • Leading internal cross-functional opportunity teams to describe client’s technical and business challenges to internal SMEs and synthesizing their outputs into cohesive presentations and proposals.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and annual sales quota.
  • Conduct high level conversations with client and prospect executives.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of technology solution selling experience with 5+ on one or more of enterprise CRM, eCommerce and/or marketing technology platform (DXP) like Salesforce (preferred), Sitecore, Adobe, or similar in the HLS/BFSI vertical.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with one or more of the following Salesforce technologies: Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau and Commerce Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to create business/technical solutions/POVs in either single or multi-cloudor eCommerce, MarTech, Service or Sales automation solutions.
  • Solicit/Analyze business needs with senior stakeholders (CXO/VPs) and define Salesforce solution or solutions to match.
  • Sales roles in technology consulting firms preferred.
  • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business and driving sales motions to consistently exceed sales quota in technical product or services roles.
  • Ability to think big! Go beyond single product box solutions to envision big ideas for clients.
