Connecting Experts are seeking a Salesforce Administrator. The position will be based remote in the USA.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all aspects of Salesforce, including its installation, setup, and continuous staff training
  • Across numerous business units, you will support B2B and B2C use cases
  • Directing the team’s planning and development as well as ensuring best practices
  • Use your prior Salesforce design expertise to proactively assess and spread organisations’ internal Salesforce services through the integration of Heroku
  • Making use of Salesforce for both internal and external business processes

Your Profile:

  • Completion of high school and a four-year college or university programme (or equivalent), or comparable work experience
  • At least 4 years of Salesforce development or management experience
  • Knowledge of JAMStack, Lightning Web Components, or other Web Development technologies is a plus
  • Continued work on obtaining more Salesforce certifications
  • Proven ownership qualities combined with a service-oriented mindset and influencing abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on working together with business users from different departments to achieve business goals
  • Working with Heroku in Salesforce experience is a bonus
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and expertise in process design
