Min Education:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Database Management, a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
Job Description:
Design & develop new application and maintain existing custom application built on internal salesforce.com platform with salesforce native programming languages like Apex, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX & jQuery etc. Provide solution and configure salesforce out of the box features like Workflow, data validation, formulas, process builder, flows, reports, Dashboard etc. Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features. Build out standards for development and administration of the platform. Handle on-going standard customization/alteration of Salesforce.com. Manage the change control process for Salesforce.com. Participate in software design reviews, code reviews, etc. to ensure solutions are designed to meet business needs. Help identify new tools / technologies that can help drive business growth. Manage all existing sandboxes, metadata and data in the existing organization including identifying and removing components no longer in use – keeping the environment as clean as possible. Maintain existing data feeds from various platforms including JDA and EDW through ODI. Maintain existing Heroku Connect instances moving data between Salesforce and Heroku. Manage user access, review license requirements and ensure we have a robust permission model (profiles, permission sets, etc.). Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC
