Daily Rate £500-£700 per day
This role is to lead a small team over a 23-week implementation project to support our client to perform a lightning upgrade of their European Salesforce instance and then to migrate it to the clients North American Salesforce instance.
This is a hands on role as well so at least 50% of the time the lead developer will be responsible for configuration, development or deployment activities. The dev lead will also be responsible for defining and setting up the deployment process including any dev ops tooling required.

- Experience leading a development team
- Experience reporting status to a client and clarifying solutions to requirements and guiding client on how to best use Salesforce out of the box functionality
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Configuring Salesforce System using platform features like Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builders, Flows;
- Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas;
- Experience of developing LWCs and knowledge of Visualforce in order to understand legacy functionality
- Experience in migrating data (e.g. using dataloader) across Salesforce environments;
- Experience working in Agile projects and using tools like Jira;
- Experiences with using industry standard development environments and tools (e.g. Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, GitHub) to ensure proper development of applications;
- Experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Lightning Components, VisualForce, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services, Metadata API;
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I, Administrator)
