Introduction
Salesforce is a high growth practice in IBM. Application Management Services in Salesforce is a relatively new offering that IBM launched and there is tremendous focus on growing this service line. IBM is developing unique offerings, assets and operating models that deliver enormous client value and TCO reduction. IBM is a premium Salesforce partner and is putting concerted efforts to grow the client base, sales and revenues in Salesforce Application Management Services.
This is a Seniorl role in the organisation and expect the candidate to enable and grow our Salesforce Application Management footprint by establishing deep working relationships with clients and the IBM internal organization that is focused in various industry segments / sectors in DACH.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients.
You must understand large and complex services engagements in their area of expertise, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry.
You should establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of IBM used in the delivery of complex services.
You need to identify new business opportunities, creatively participates in the development and sales of solutions, and assist IBM in winning the business. When not participating in sales activities such as new business development or bid and proposal activity, you need to support and leads= billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities.
You need to develop strategy for assigned opportunities & participate in the development of overall strategy for winning the opportunity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proven record of accomplishment in building and generating new business in Salesforce/ ADM
  • Examples of working with new and existing customers to create and convert pipeline
  • Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI
  • Excellent operational/analytical skills - reporting, forecasting, data analysis skills; operations management experience
  • Strong in relationship development and ongoing management, both internally and externally

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Excellent operational/analytical skills - reporting, forecasting, data analysis skills; operations management experience
  • Extensive industry experience in at least one industry
