About the Role
WiredScore is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support the existing team during the gap between one team-mate leaving and the recruitment of a new team member. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating WiredScore's instance of Salesforce, working closely with one other Salesforce Administrator and a Technical Product Manager. The candidate will be responsible for developing user requirements from Product and Process owners from the business and creating technical specifications for execution within Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Working with the business to determine and document clear and concise business requirements
- Understanding the impact of proposed changes on business areas and processes on SF Platform
- Train up existing in-house salesforce administrator to be able to act as a business analyst by the end of the contract period
- Principal point of contact with the business for Salesforce - engage with project sponsors across the business
- Delivery of SFDC systems transformation and integration with other systems
- Receiving business user requirements
- Defining, analysing and documenting requirements for initiatives which require Salesforce implementation, Project management of SF activity on these projects (sprint planning and translating user requirements into Salesforce specific technical specifications)
- Executing technical specifications within Salesforce
- Nurture a collaborative technical development environment to support the growth of SF capabilities in the business
Key skills / attributes:
- You have 3 - 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and project management including sprint planning
- 5-10 years experience in project management including business requirement gathering, feature prioritisation and sprint planning
- Hands on experience using Salesforce to develop client or business solutions.
- Ability to capture, document & manage business needs (Inc. scoping ideas, aligning to business strategy and business goals, eliciting business requirements and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle for Salesforce Project changes)
- You are able to arrive in a new situation and get up to speed quickly
- You are good at problem solving and finding solutions to challenges without detailed direction
- You are comfortable working with ambiguity
- You can participate in technical conversations about data and system architecture
- You are a pro in project management and stakeholder management
- You have owned and delivered a product roadmap
- You are empathetic and can understand internal user and client needs
- You have led initiatives involving cross functional teams
