RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In your role as a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
• Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, report and dashboard creation, using workflow, flow and process builder to design and implement business process logic and automation
• Manage data loads and data governance within the platform
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Developers to design the appropriate solution following Salesforce best practices
• Help define and evolve processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Deep experience on all aspects of Service Cloud functionality and features
• Ability to identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
• Ability to design and implement Salesforce configuration changes, including: Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, security configuration, dashboards and reports
• Knowledge of Retail and Supply chain business functions
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to provide timely and effective end user support
• A 'can do' positive attitude and willingness to jump in and take ownership, as appropriate
