Northmarq is seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to support Northmarq’s national Debt/Equity & Investment Sales platforms in our Minneapolis office. The Data Analyst will help oversee data integrity and processes as well as perform independent research using third-party services to ensure data accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Locate missing and/or correcting contact, property, and company information using third-party services including Costar, Yardi Matrix, RCA, Reonomy, Moody’s
  • Maintain contact lists and update records as needed to ensure that marketing campaigns are reaching targeted criteria/recipients
  • Assist with coordinating data imports and exports to ensure the smooth integration of data and minimize potential data duplication
  • Assist with entering lender quotes sourced from the production network
  • Assist with entering offer bids sourced from the investment sales network
  • Assist with compiling campaign list from salesforce contacts or external third-party services
  • Coordinate with regional offices to migrate legacy data tracked through excel info into salesforce
  • Scan customer websites for new contacts or changes
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Perform other duties/projects assigned within the department as position grows
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred, not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management, operations or business analyst role
  • Salesforce.com data base knowledge required, Administrator or Developer certification is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros
  • Experience supporting a sales/account management organization
  • Technical proficiency and ability to navigate the internet to elicit information
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Thorough understanding of systems and data structures
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies
  • Independent research, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness skills required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts effectively by presenting information both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to muti-task, achieve tight deadlines, and problem-solve while staying organized
