The products you will work on
We are building next-gen health & digital products, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, including
Digital Health products improving the patient experience and treatment adherence, through innovative digital products (Software as Medical Devices)
  • Connected ecosystem solutions such as patients’ glycaemic control & full disease management, leveraging connected pens
  • Symptoms checking apps able to understand disease and track symptoms
  • Remote treatment solutions providing individual recommendations, accessible by anyone, anytime, anywhere
  • Personalized care model informed by AI to identify symptoms’ early signals and recommend corrective actions to the patient and the care giver
Omnichannel products supporting multi-channel engagement with healthcare providers & patients
  • Multi-channel digital targeting platform to deliver tailored digital campaigns
  • Machine learning and predictive analytics to improve engagement (calls, chats) based on feedback
  • Recommendation engines for cross selling/up-selling and next-best action delivery to sales reps
  • Tailored content delivery based on preference and viewing history
Digital Marketing products optimizing marketing campaign’s reach and impact
  • Market analytics tools to understand key dynamics across categories and identify growth/uplift potential
  • Strategic allocation tools, able to dynamically model impact of different scenarios and achieve sales targets

JOB PURPOSE
You as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
You are a dynamic Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer interested in challenging the status quo to ensure the seamless creation and operation of the marketing cloud platform evolution that are needed for the marketing campaign execution on an omnichannel front following industry standard practices and tools for the betterment of our global patients and customers.
You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities while continuing to fully comply with all data quality, security, and governance standards.
Your key responsibilities will be
  • Work with the teams to find the solution for requirements given by the product owner
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform implementation
  • Create technical design for the requirement and implement them in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Conduct unit test/integration test for accuracy validation
  • Analyse and Fix bugs in the custom build of Salesforce marketing cloud platform
  • Suggest possible improvement area in the Sanofi digital platforms for quick wins
  • Create documentation for the technical design, implementation steps and Business user training
PROFILE
Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Development
  • Experience with working in Email studio and SMS channel in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in creating Automation for platform operations and journey operations
  • Experience in creating data extension and manipulating data in the data extension from both UI and programmatically
  • Experience in content builder and HTML to create email templates and messages
  • Experience in content block development and cloud page development in ssjs and ampscript code testing/reusability
  • Experience in creating real-time rest/SOAP API based integration between Marketing cloud and other application
  • Experience in BU configuration
  • Experience in custom subdomain delegation and deliverability monitoring
  • Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM set up and understanding of deliverability improvement mechanisms
  • Experience in campaign journey configuration in journey builder and its activities (A/B test, decision split, contact update, email/sms send etc.)
  • Working knowledge on SMS channel activation, SMS template configuration
  • Experience in installed package set up for custom app/integration configuration
  • Experience in creation personalization using content blocks, ampscripts
  • Experience on working within compliance (e.g.: quality, regulatory - data privacy, gxp, SOX) and cybersecurity requirements is a plus
Additional qualifications
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript
  • Salesforce Marketing cloud certifications (
    Marketing Cloud Developer
    ,
    Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
    ) are a plus
  • Experience in Datorama report configuration is a plus
  • Familiarity with Source Code Management Tools (GitHub a plus)
  • Experience working in life sciences/pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Your background
  • 1-5 years of experiences Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform developer
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus
