Overview:The National Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the HQ Operations team to ensure that SBS is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features of the salesforce automation platform (Sales and Marketing Cloud). The role will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as a second tier for support to local branch administrators and participate in promoting adoption, providing training and having direct ownership for data cleansing. Additionally, the National Salesforce Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users and develop, test and launch new functionality within the CRM/CPQ environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
  • Proactively gather feedback from users
  • Communicate systems changes to the users in advance so they
  • Understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation
  • Manage new releases of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other objects and functions
  • Create custom Dashboards and Reports
  • Provide sales and financial data to company leadership
  • Assist the field with the mapping of salesforce hierarchy and sales territories
  • Grant/remove and maintain user licenses
  • Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies
  • Create and administer training to new users AND new branch administrators
  • Assist with migration from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce (for new acquisitions)
  • Monitor neglected leads, opportunities, accounts and contacts as appropriate
  • Import data as needed
  • Manage duplicate records

Qualifications:
National search- candidates can reside in NJ, Indianapolis, or Texas near Farmers Branch or Houston
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 2+ years of CPQ administration experience desired
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools included within Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills within Microsoft Excel
  • Must possess a strong understanding of B2B selling to include territory management.
