We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help us with the ongoing development of our salesforce.com Global deployment and maintenance! The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Lightning platform. The role will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager, organizational units, and cross functional experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 300+ users
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Perform regular internal system audits and upgrade preparation
Lead training, onboarding, and account setup of new users
Test, evaluate and complete new development requests at the direction of the Sales Operations Manager
Create and run standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Handle users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely manner
Assist in the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce users
Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (3+ as an administrator) with a strong understanding of standard methodologies and functionality
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
Flexibility to meet constantly evolving priorities and challenges
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in system-based tools including Microsoft Office applications, flow-charts, e-mail, web browsers and spreadsheet software.
Experience with a CPQ tool (Salesforce CPQ preferred) and with marketing automation tool (Pardot preferred) Preferred skills/experience:
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Experience with Einstein Analytics and Service Cloud
Familiarity with SAP and data integration
