Job Description
We’re looking for an analyst who understands the importance of telling a rich story with data.

The right candidate knows the fundamentals of data analysis and has demonstrated ability in consolidating and presenting data to peers and working teams.

Someone who is adept at working with large datasets and has a proven track record of organizing and making sense of data as well as determining reporting requirements.

An individual who can quickly understand business drivers for results and can research and evaluate data sources as well as leverage other teams for use in developing and enhancing analyses and reporting.

We’ll expect you to help answer ad-hoc business questions relating to business development efforts.

You will also suggest and proactively implement new report development and enhancements to existing reporting as well as analyses used for management decisions and monitoring.

You will work in a collaborative manner with the team to address data needs to support on-going efforts.

The role requires someone with good communication skills, analytics and reporting experience, who is passionate about customer analytics and comfortable with analytics tools.

Responsibilities :
  • Support sales/product/channel management teams with developing and reviewing data and reporting requirements related to business development needs
  • Interface with Data Warehouse, Operations, Customer Information, and other data teams to understand and make use of available data and reporting systems and reporting teams
  • Identify, gather, and analyze sales/online data on Wealth Management clients to support enhanced understanding of WM client’s journey
  • Work with internal partners to develop and maintain key metrics, dashboard/reporting and ad hoc analysis to quantify, monitor and improve digital adoption

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 6 years experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant data analysis, business intelligence and leadership experience in a reporting or analytics functions with a minimum of 2 years of Salesforce/Einstein analytics.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification - a plus
  • Work with financial institution data preferred.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work with customer data in various data environments
  • Prior hands-on experience with business intelligence and web analytics tools required including MS Excel, SAS/SQL, Tableau, Adobe/Google Analytics, Salesforce/Einstein Analytics
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop, access and understand data
  • Good written communications, collaboration and partnership skills
  • Comfortable with working with large datasets
  • Conversant in basic and descriptive statistics
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere
  • BS in statistics, economics, information technology, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent experience in the field

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $103,615.00 - $121,900.00 - $134,090.00
