Lead Salesforce Systems Analyst – Manchester / WFH – £55,000

Corecom Consulting are recruiting on behalf of their Telecoms client based in Greater Manchester for a Lead Salesforce Systems Analyst to lead a team of 4 Salesforce SMEs (Analysts/Developers). We are looking for someone to pioneer the BAU and future governance of the system that has been live for the last 2 years and is heavily depended on by a vast amount of people in the organisation.

If you are looking to work for a company that has a employee first centric way of working, with a comeptitive salary up to £55,000 with half yearly pay reviews then this is the opportunity for you.

As the Lead you will be pioneering the Salesforce road map, and having huge influencial expeirence over the governance and strategy of the platform. Support the team with BAU and day to day runnings of the tool but also be there to act as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert. We are really looking for someone that can split their time 50/50 between man management and technical hands on skills.
