Position Summary: This individual will support field-based personnel within the Salesforce (SF) platform. They will make configuration changes, test new objects and business processes, and gather feedback from the field.

Position Summary: This individual will support field-based personnel within the Salesforce (SF) platform. They will make configuration changes, test new objects and business processes, and gather feedback from the field.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Salesforce Application Support: Implement and validate new application configurations. Make process and object updates as needed.
- Field Sales Support: Act as the “go to” troubleshooter for field-based personnel within the Salesforce application. Assist the field-based sales team with Salesforce workflows and data entry.
- Create new users with the correct permission sets.
- Troubleshoot basic business process issues within the SF platform.
- Work with field leadership to provide activity reports from SF and manage activity dashboards.
- Work with field users to clean-up referring physician & practice alignment data.
- Answer field-based questions about the SF platform, e.g., how to log sales calls, create new records, etc.
- Travel to sales meetings and support SF training as needed.
- Provide reporting from Salesforce platform to Sales and Marketing, as needed.
- 2 years’ experience in one or a combination of the following fields:
- CRM Management
- Data Analysis
- Field Sales
- Desire to interact with field-based personnel daily.
- Basic familiarity with Excel formulas and data manipulation: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting, and formatting.
- Experience with Tableau reports as an end user a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce data models and sales organizations a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10%-15% (approx. 1x week per quarter)
