Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on clients' use of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Produce comprehensive reports with findings and recommended solutions.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for Salesforce implementation, strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
Collaboration, Prototyping and Communication:
- Work with leadership across the business to ensure that systems align with business vision, technology, roadmaps and standards
- Define and gather detailed requirements, create prototypes and proofs of concept and ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business operations, project stakeholders, Projects Owners / Managers to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on project/release status, issues, and risks to project leadership and stakeholders and available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions
Solution Design and Improvement:
- Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM
- Own the design of Salesforce and related solutions for Sales, Service, and Finacial Service Cloud. Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging declarative features, custom development, and third-party integrations.
- Design data models, security models, and application architecture within the Salesforce platform and Review existing solutions and recommend improvements/enhancements.
- Responsible for design of Salesforce Integration framework for real-time/batch integration with internal systems and external cloud apps
Guidance and Documentation:
- Provide guidance on writing user stories with clear success criteria.
- Ensure thorough documentation for end-end process.
Technical Leadership:
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Salesforce development team and continuously improve salesforce DevOps practices on the team.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use which optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Provide technical direction, guidance, and mentoring, and support to administrators, developers, and other team members.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
- Drive the technical resolution of critical incidents and problems as part of the incident and problem management process.
Development and Customization:
- Strong Understanding when to use declarative vs. programmatic methods and experience with Model View Controller (MVC) architecture and component-based architecture.
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Customize a Salesforce Object, Flow, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder, Reports & Dashboards etc
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Perform Salesforce platform upgrades, patches, and releases in collaboration with system administrators
- Best Practices and Standards:
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices. Champion Salesforce develops best practices, coding standards, and governance processes within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements within Salesforce solutions.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
