We are looking for a CRM and automation manager to join our Marketing Team.
More specifically, you will be responsible for
> Build and operate CRM campaigns to improve activation, engagement and retention, for all our BtoC and BtoB products (carsharing, rental services, parking, …) and all markets (EUR + US)
> Report and continuous improvement
> Manager our Channels: email / in-app / push notif / SMS
Lifecycle strategy “loyalty + retention”
> Own the user engagement and Retention strategy
> Build and operate automatic campaigns to improve the journey
> Promote our new Loyalty Program in all the existing and future campaigns
> Animate this Loyalty program with strong offers
> Set the KPIs and ensure the achievement of the objectives
Data CRM projects
> Create operational segmentation to enhance trigger and manual campaigns
> Contribute to the construction of CRM dashboards
> Prepare A/B tests to continuously improve the results of the campaigns
Creative, Energetic, engaged, committed, results-oriented attitude, you are a challenger driven by numbers and innovation
Ability to work in rapidly evolving organizations, uncertain and under-built environments, with different profiles and constraints originating from other teams and departments.
You are creative and have excellent written communication skills
You are methodical and resourceful and constantly looking to learn and explore new practices
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience in Marketing Analytics is a plus
At least 3/4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a start-up or scale-up that develops a consumer mobile app.
Knowing Salesforce or other CRM tool
Fluent in English is compulsory
French is a +
