Reporting to the Salesforce Product Owner, you will play a vital role at A-Gas. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and assisting with the product road map delivery.

Remote - Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, scoping rules, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): process builder, flows (all types), entitlements, milestones, assignment rules, fields, lightning record pages, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom metadata types, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Sandbox environment management
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Contribute towards a platform roadmap and define priorities
- Support the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- Work closely with colleagues to document and train users on Salesforce best practices and processes
- Development of technical documentation
- Working with integrated applications to support processes enhancements and streamlined user journeys
- Applies data analysis, design, and modelling techniques to establish, modify or maintain a data structure and its associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions).
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business intelligence
- Apply tools, techniques, and processes to administer, track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes. Assists with audits to check the accuracy of information and undertakes any necessary corrective action under direction.
- Maintain security administration processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures. Provides guidance in defining access rights and privileges. Investigates security breaches in accordance with established procedures and recommends required actions and supports / follows up to ensure these are implemented.

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field
- Certified Salesforce Administrator using Salesforce Lightning or equivalent experience
- Trailhead badges/Super badges
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder is a plus
- Training delivery
- Jira software development and application management toolset
- Salesforce Data loader experience
- Proficient with Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, service-oriented design, and Apex Enterprise Patterns
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
- Working knowledge of emerging Salesforce technologies (SFDX, LWC, etc.)
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Declarative development including Process Builder, Flows, Workflow & Validation Rules, and Permission Set Groups.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships and gain the trust of others at all levels
