Job Description:

We have a unique requirement from Ford for a candidate who has a good understanding of Sales Force (Custom Objects, Data Model, Data Dictionary) and is an expert in Data Loading and Migration of data from Legacy and other systems into Sales Force. Please note that this is not a Sales Force Developer position. There will be minimal work (if at all) in the Sales Force Development. The primary responsibility will be to handle and load data into Sales Force. This is also a lead position (implying that the candidate needs to be good at articulating his understanding).

Required Experience:

• SalesForce SQL query Experience
• Experience migrating data from legacy systems to Salesforce objects
• DB skills- understanding data, data model, data mapping, data migration
• Understanding of DB performance issues and tuning
• Experience handling dashboard, ETL jobs, Data Dictionary
• Experience with automating data cleansing
• Experience with Data Analysis and Data Quality Improvement
• Experience working in Agile environment with good knowledge of agile practices
• Global business acumen
• Must be able to communicate technical concepts in a way that can be understand by non-technical resources
• Perform technical leadership role – able to design,test, guide the team
• Interact with Technical Anchors in CRM space
• Great communication skills
