We are looking for someone with marketing strategy and automation experience leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Distributed Marketing, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud. Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS and AMPscript would be ideal. Understanding/experience with Google Analytics, UTM codes, CAN-SPAM and email hygiene is required. Certifications preferred, but not required (e.g. Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant, and/or Administrator)
Builds and leads the customer-focused strategy and product/capabilities roadmap for all Enterprise customer acquisition and email activity.
o Drives build-out and execution plan for the digital customer acquisition strategy and capabilities roadmap for all email and digital channels, leveraging an intellectual curiosity to explore data and test hypotheses, developing insights to inform business model, product, and process improvements.
o Partners with business units to design marketing programs to turn inbound consumers and email prospects into leads.
o Works closely with business units and other domain managers to develop closed loop marketing plans that create a seamless journey across the buyer’s journey .
o Performs A/B and multivariate email testing to increase open rates and lead generation.
Leads as the ultimate team player who is able to align multiple business units to establish an Enterprise
strategy for customer acquisition and email including execution prioritization.
Defines design principles and standards to govern customer acquisition and email initiatives and ensure a consistent experience for all Enterprise customers.
Leads and assists cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions, executing against the roadmap.
Executes a data-driven approach through test-and-measure programs to ensure customers’ web and mobile
needs are met.
Collaborates with internal teams, clients and third-party developers on innovative digital projects throughout the entire development lifecycle and drives initiatives from concept to launch to check and adjust.
Develops and maintains relationships with external marketing agencies and consulting partners.
Has a bias toward action, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive actionable plans.
Possesses a broad strategic knowledge base around the digital marketing landscape and ensures that customer acquisition and email activity aligns with the work of other domain managers in order to deliver a seamlessly integrated customer experience.
Leverages a dynamic and proactive consultative approach, partnering with business stakeholders and technology. Partners to research, design, develop and implement solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Defines the short- and long-term strategy for all Enterprise customer acquisition and email activity.
Manages product and capability roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.

Demonstrated up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies.
Emphasis on user-driven solution design and data-driven product refinement.
Proven strong understanding of user experience, technical and business issues.
Demonstrated digital agency, consulting or entrepreneurial experience.
Five+ years of digital marketing industry experience.
Three+ years of product management, business analysis or equivalent experience supporting customer acquisition and email.
Proven strategic thinker with a track record for accomplishing goals and achieving results.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative environment focused on team results ahead of personal
achievements and ego.
Proven experience with waterfall and agile methodologies and an understanding of domain management's role in various development methodologies.
Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital initiatives for customer acquisition and email that address the needs of customers and clients.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills and business acumen.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to convey complex concepts and information on both the technical and application facets of the job to internal and external customers (technical and non-technical) at all levels in a clear, accurate, focused and concise manner and presentation style. Verbal and written communications that conform to proper rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style.
Proven strong analytical problem solving, visualization and decision making skills combined with a passion and empathy for customers.
