Position Summary:
 The Salesforce Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of programs that support the organization’s main objectives regarding the Salesforce platform. This is a technical Program Manager role that will have Salesforce project management responsibility. The Program Manager drives practices that combine software development and IT operations (DevOps) to provide continuous delivery with high software quality.


 Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  •  Organize daily activities based on business goals.
  •  Recommend or devise new programs that support the organization’s technological roadmap.
  •  Facilitate requirements meetings with stakeholders.
  •  Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and “definition of done” alongside business stakeholders.
  •  Responsible Salesforce technical project management leveraging AGILE methodology, including daily stand-up meetings with project teams, demo review meetings with project stakeholders, and sprint retrospective meetings with development teams.
  •  Manage risk, resolve issues, and manage change.
  •  Plan and execute quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
  •  Manage deployment strategy and scheduling alongside business stakeholders.
  •  Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
  •  Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment pipelines.
  •  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences to include project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  •  Deliver effective executive-level communication.
  •  Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise product team.
  •  Other projects or duties as assigned
 Required Skills and Experience:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of experience in deploying cloud and/or on-premise enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), or equivalent information systems; OR High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience in deploying cloud and/or on-premise enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), or equivalent information systems.
  •  At least 3 years’ supervisory experience.
  •  Hands on Salesforce platform (Force.com) experience, minimum Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  •  Extensive understanding of Salesforce implementation, deployment, continuous improvement, and continuous development.
  •  Prior Senior-level experience with Salesforce platform, Lightning Experience, APEX, Visual Force, and Declarative object configuration.
  •  Demonstrated experience with Salesforce systems and application architecture, data integration, and content migration.
  •  Proficient at modern approaches in project management methodologies, such as AGILE, SCRUM, etc.
  •  Expertise in conflict resolution.
  •  Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  •  Strong communication skills including excellent verbal and written ability.
  •  Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to JIRA, Visio, PowerBI, Office 365.
  •  This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.


 Preferred Skills and Experience:
  •  Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Certified Service Consultant.
  •  Project Management Professional (PMP).
  •  Experience with Copado or equivalent DevOps tooling.
  •  Experience with Change Management, ADKAR, or industry equivalent.
  •  Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or industry equivalent.
  •  Experience with MuleSoft capability.
  •  Experience with marketing automation, Datorama, or Pardot.
  •  Broad understanding of Salesforce AppExchange offerings.
