- Deep understanding of CLM process
- Good understanding of related business processes like contract management, quoting, and the order/fulfilment cycle in order to support impact analysis and design for proposed solutions
- Design and implementation experience with SalesForce.com and Apttus
- Experience with utilizing Visual Force, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Apex, SOQL, SAQL, JSON within Salesforce platform.
- Exposure to Salesforce platform integrations (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Data Loader
- Ability to document interfaces and data flows
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage confidentiality of information
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology
- Ability to document Functional specification and test cases
- Systems/Technologies:
- Legal systems (Sharepoint, Apttus, SFDC, Document Management systems)
- Tibco Integrations
Functional Knowledge:
Domain experience in Quote - cash/ Contracting/Collaboration/Regulation compliance/Legal Workflows
