Job Description
We are currently seeking our future CRM performance analyst to join our dynamic CRM Performance team!
Your opportunity
Within the CRM Performance team, you will perform analyses to assess Kering brands’ CRM activities and provide actionable insights to both Kering and brand teams.
How you will contribute
Analyze client engagement campaigns and programs performance
Collect brands or CRM Factory needs and formalize clear briefs
Define analysis framework and KPIs to assess the performance of CRM plans and campaigns, taking into account all relevant channels (emails/newsletters, clienteling, SMS/MMS, events etc.)
Deep dive into campaigns/sales/clients data, using SQL or Python
Consolidate findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Design and build dashboard to industrialize campaign performance measurement when relevant, in collaboration with Kering technology: design the appropriate data model, define relevant prototype and implement the dashboard in Tableau Software
Support Campaign Management team with creation of control groups to measure campaigns uplift
Inspire Brands client engagement strategies
Collect brands or CRM Factory needs to better understand our client database and/or deep dive into specific customer segments
Explore client’s data and identify actionable insights
Participate in segmentation analyses
Provide recommendations on segmentation techniques (Example: clustering algorithms)
Measure CRM Global performance
Design and build mono and multi-channel attribution models
Lead attribution models automation projects in collaboration with Kering Technology
Design and build dashboards to share attribution models results internally at Kering or directly to the brands: design the appropriate data model, define relevant prototypes and implement the dashboard in Tableau Software
Capacity to design appropriate dashboard data model is a great plus
Who you are
3-5 years of experience in an analytics role
Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM topics is preferred (channels, KPIs etc).
Mastering SQL and/or Python is required
Statistical and modelling competencies
Strong business acumen & results oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge or experience in luxury markets, ecommerce or retail sector is a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
