Wallbox is scaling its CRM initiatives and is seeking a Manager to drive our CRM strategy and the respective technical implementation and execution. Specifically, this person will have an enterprise marketing automation experience and be able to gather technical requirements to build and operationalize solutions to support Electromaps CRM programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales groups to understand business processes and channel needs
  • Own build and implementation of all CRM campaigns, both ad hoc and automated
  • Collaborate and craft technical requirements to support CRM program
  • Provide the technical oversight to ensure our marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated, from digital campaigns to CRM platform to email marketing to Salesforce and web
  • Monitor, build and maintain application tools to support campaign monitoring
  • Review and audit automation workflows for targeting accuracy and delivery throughput
  • Define and identify areas for process improvement and establishing effective and efficient processes
  • Consistently measure CRM performance to further improve and develop programs, analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Ensure CRM campaigns follow industry policies and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing CRM solutions for businesses that involved configuration and customization - Pardot and Mailchimp required. Salesforce and Datorama are a plus.
  • Experience in supporting dynamic content lifecycle and event-triggered CRM programs - newsletters, lead nurturing programs, audience engagement programs, etc.
  • Experience with data management, data manipulation, and SQL experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, deep understanding of customer journeys and experience automatizing marketing activities in a logically structured manner to fit journeys
  • Experience with complex template branching logic, using regex and if/then control statements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functional collaboration
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • 7+ years professional experience, 3+ specifically in CRM and Marketing Automation
