Overview • Design and document Salesforce.com processes and solutions based on customer
needs, user stories and feedback • Develop peer, cross-functional and divisional business
relationships to leverage best practices, maximize solution quality, and support successful
implementations and user adoption • Work closely with leadership to establish and support
system architecture strategies for sales, CPQ, service, among other force.com solutions. •
Support communication plans for timelines and change management activities related to
Salesforce.com projects • Basic
Primary Skill Set:

• 3-4 years experience as a business systems analyst, 7+ years experience overall, with a strong

ownership of documentation. • Proficient in generating documentation for business and technical
workflow, structuring requirements documents and documenting complex specifications. •
Understanding of product development and launch process. • Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce)
systems.

• Understanding of general operational business flow.
• Highly analytical, logical, and good problem solver.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies; familiarity with hybrid agile a plus
• Familiarity with Sales, Service, CPQ, Community Cloud, Order Management desired; Telecom

industry background a plus

• Strong written / oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels

of staff - Able to plan work, organize time, and maintain workflow.

• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and juggling simultaneous projects.
• Bachelor's degree.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate requirements definition sessions with stakeholders to capture business

requirements.

• Create detailed requirements, use cases, guides, and diagrams for product releases.

• Ensure projects are implemented according to requirements. • Assist with project planning,
scoping and management.
• Assist in the writing of the test plans, cases & scripts as required and supporting UAT. • Work
with Project Management on delivery feasibility and management of project scope, resources
and schedule
