The Technical SFDC Administrator will be responsible for the administration of an enterprise deployment of Salesforce.com that is currently under development; this role will assist in the initial development, configuration and launch of SFDC for the business. The right candidate will have proven administration experience supporting over 150 individuals on SFDC Enterprise Edition, with extensive knowledge of configuration spanning 100+ countries and geographies. The candidate will need to have the ability to interpret technical data, maintain smooth workflows, administer user access levels, design custom reports, and a variety of other functions. This role will proactively monitor system configuration, perform system configurations/system changes, manage requests and user requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform data integration and cleansing activities, and be involved in user training and support.Responsibilities:

- Understands all aspects of Salesforce.com (CRM and ServiceCloud) and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades (currently scheduled 2-3 times per year).
- Assist with the implementation of the continued evolution of the SFDC instance
- Assist with defining and documenting requirements, processes and integrating policies.
- Confer with users to identify and define business problems and recommend solutions.
- Integration SFDC with other systems (i.e. Pardot, SAP).
- Hands-on configuration work along-side selected integrator.
- Performs user acceptance testing: test and validate system and process solutions.
- On-going system administration including but not limited to:
- Provide ongoing support for 150+ SFDC users.
- Manages security settings; conduct regular security audits.
- Manage all new user setups and deactivation of users and corresponding transfer of accounts/contacts/opportunities.
- Executes all configuration changes.
- Performs new release evaluations and executes new functionality roll-outs.
- Creates and manages complex workflow rules, data validation, profiles, sharing rules, groups and roles.
- Manages and builds reports, dashboards, content and consoles. Develop ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
- Provides prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues
- Maintains updated system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains API scripts/Visual Force/APEX/AppExchange apps/etc. to support custom development as needed.
- Develops and maintains naming conventions of pick lists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability.
- Perform user acceptance testing: test and validate system and process solutions.
- Develop strategies to handle data discrepancies and data quality issues; performs manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as needed.
- Performs data imports/exports to/from a variety of in-house systems using a variety of methods (including APEX data loader). Regularly audits data for data integrity issues and/or process improvement opportunities.
- SF Console Monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance and user activity.
- Communicate regularly with the Salesforce.com business owner, IT systems leadership, CRM Steering Committee and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets field needs and to develop on-going project plan with the project manager.
- Maintains familiarity with other IT systems/business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
- Serves as key liaison with IT technical resources in areas related to system support for areas such as mobile devices, SAP integration, etc.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in MIS, Computer Science or related field.
- Five (5)+ years Salesforce.com Administration experience including:
- Salesforce Admin 201 certification
- Experience with Salesforce.com schema design, formulas, workflow, security model and approval processes
- Global configuration spanning multiple, varying geographies
- Familiarity with Apex (triggers), Visual Force, API scripts and AppExchange products
- Strong skills in understanding and using standard application development design, reporting and project management tools.
- Prior experience working in sales operations
- Experience with HTML, CSS or web tools development is a plus.
- Exceptional customer support and interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult situations, work under stress, and resolve a broad range of problems/requests.
- Ability to perform objective analysis and re-engineering of business processes.
- Able to work quickly and effectively with strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work and contributes to a team environment to accomplish overall team objectives.
- Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to follow through and follow-up.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with organizational personnel to define issues and present solutions at all levels of an organization. Ability to translate technical processes in layman’s terms.
